You can arrive on a details page by clicking on a result from either Quick Search or Advanced Search. On this page you will have access to general information regarding the subject as well as related entities displayed in embeds.
For a Person details page, you will also have the option to create a Photo Lineup using the person's mugshot.
The default sort for embeds is number of references, with the exception of Documents which are sorted by most recent.
For example, the image below shows the Descriptions embed which can be found under the Demographics section in a Person Details page. It is defaulted to sorting by "# of Refs."
Click on a header, such as "Hair" in this example, and the sort will change to that header. Click again and the sort is reversed. Another click returns to default.
Note: The sort includes all the data, not just the first 5 displayed. Use the Show All button to view all the data in the embed.
Under the mugshot on a Person details page, you will see the button Create Photo Lineup. When a user clicks on the button, CrimeTracer will generate a selection of mugshots similar to the one shown for the user to choose from to customize a lineup.
The selection of mugs are generated using the demographics associated with the person of interest’s latest mugshot to search the database for people with the same demographic descriptions. If fewer than 200 subjects are returned in the initial query, CrimeTracer will search again but drop specific demographics in this order: Eye Color, Date of Birth, Weight, Hair, Race, Gender until 200 are found.
CrimeTracer will then present the user with the mugshots associated with these descriptions. Please note that no “face match” or image recognition technology is used when performing this search.
Using a file from your device as the primary mugshot.
When creating a photo lineup, you have the option to use an image from your device for the suspect. Click on Choose File will open a dialog for your device and allow you to select an image file.
Users have the choice to create a 6 pack, 8 pack, 9 pack or 12 pack to present witnesses for identification. Click on the add button below the presented mugs to crop and add each mugshot into the lineup. Cropping is prompted so each mug image can be presented in same ratio as the original image.

The lineup with result in a printable page with the pack of mugs as well as a page for each mug and a page for the officer to use to identify the mugs in the lineup.
